The streets are enlightened with lights and Chandeliers. The main Christmas Market is set up in Richard-Strauss Kongresshaus, Garmisch. Small stalls sell Christmas specialties like Mandels, Crepes, Hot chocolate, Gluhwein, Mufflers, scarves, Christmas decorations, wooden carved decoration pieces, Christmas socks, etc.
